Campaign Overview

The “Countdown to Christmas” incentive rewards travel advisors for confirmed bookings made between October 14 and December 22, 2025, with clients scheduled to travel by December 31, 2026.

Incentive Structure

Advisors will receive a Giftogram USD gift card for each qualifying booking, based on the booking value:

£10,000 to £14,999	€11,500 to €17,249	$250
£15,000 and above	€17,250 and above	$375

Multiple bookings per advisor are allowed, and each qualifying booking will be rewarded individually.

Eligibility

• Open to registered and approved travel advisors
• Applies to new bookings only made between October 14 and December 22, 2025
• Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026
• Booking value is calculated net of any discounts, taxes, and commissions
• One gift card will be issued per qualifying booking
• No cap on the number of qualifying bookings per advisor

Reward Conditions

• Gift cards will be issued only after the client has completed travel
• Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid bookings are not eligible
• Rewards will be processed and issued via Giftogram within 30 days of completed travel
• Advisors will be notified once a booking qualifies and when the reward has been sent
• For advisors outside the US, gift cards will be issued in their local currency at an equivalent value to the USD amounts listed, using exchange rates at the time of issuance (where supported). 

Additional Terms

• Private Tours Experiences reserves the right to verify booking details and audit submissions
• In the case of rewards issued in error or for ineligible bookings, the reward may be reclaimed or deducted from future commissions
• This incentive may not be combined with other offers unless specifically approved
• Private Tours Experiences reserves the right to modify or cancel this campaign at any time without prior notice; however, if a booking is made while the campaign is live and qualifies, the reward voucher will still be issued even if the campaign is later canceled.
• Commission Structure: Private Tour Experiences offers flexibility in commission models. If preferred, advisors may opt for gross commission at a maximum of 15%. However, due to taxes and payment fees, the most cost-effective approach is for us to price tours net of commission – with the advisor invoicing the client directly and us invoicing the advisor for our costs.
